Filipino Festival coverage & pics
Every year the Annual Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture takes place at Pt. Fermin Park - I totally forgot, otherwise I would have mentioned it in advance. Luckily LAist Leilani Wertens did this great post with lots of photos of what looks like a really colourful event.

It was a beautiful weekend for it. The event had an amazing energy and the Filipino punk band had soul.
