Weirdly Redundant Daily Breeze Article on Proposed Raffi Cohn Development

Not that it sheds any new light on anything but Donna Littlejohn has written her own article on the proposed 2nd Raffi Cohen development. What's going on at the Breeze that they did this story twice? And what's up with both writers using Sue Castillo as their main source for quotes? I know that none of the local papers seem to have teeny weeny Rolodexes when it comes to their sources for quotes, but the problem is really illustrative in these two articles.

Howdy journalista,

January 11, 2007 Crowne Plaza Hotel, San Pedro, California. This next CAC meeting will begin at SEVEN Post Meridian, as opposed to the normal starting time of 6:00 P.M.

Heads up on this one, there may be some interesting stuff to report on, but you'll all just have to wait.

January 18, 2007 at a site as yet to be determined is the first Open Forum by the CAC. Come one, come all to let the committee and others know what you really think of Mr. Bisno's proposal for Ponte Vista at San Pedro.

I hope Ms. Hahn will come to the Open Forum and listen to all the speakers. Hopefully the committee members will get to listen to everyone and learn from input from the community.

Also, journalista, I hope you are learning about whether any groups opposed to Mr. Bisno's plans have formed, other than the two N.C.s. It would be great to read an article about these types of groups. Mr. Bisno uses pontevista.com to render opinions from groups supporting his plans. So far, all we have is LOTE and that other blog.

Hey! At least I didn't put in a shameless plug for my blog.....at least in this comment
