Hooray indeed! Another testmanet to the power of the Superfund Act (CERCLA). Things are getting better but are still not perfect ( San Pedro Bay DDT ). This act is under fire in Washington in the name of increased profits and reduced liability for polluters that seek to externalize the high costs of their dirty industries. I apologize for the hippy rant but the pictures of the Bald Eagles made me to happy not to bring it up.
