Anybody wanna buy a tiny house?

Curbed LA has got a post up about a teeny, weeny house on 16th, just below Pacific, that's had it's price slashed to a "less crazy" $299,000. This is a follow-up of their post, Affordable in San Pedro, about the house when it was listed at $399,000, and it stirred up quite a bit of chatter.
